Just received a NS REMINDER LETTER from mindef stating that i haven book the medical check up date yet! Coz my printer dont have ink so cannot print out the medical screen questionaire to let my parents sign.. And when i go look at the questions in the questionaire some of it is really funny.. The following are some of the questions they asked:
-Do you have any medical/social/personal problems (e.g. homosexuality) that you would wish to tell the Medical Officer in private?
-Have you ever attempted suicide?
-Do you have any tattoos?
-Do you have any of the following problems you wish to declare:
- Family or personal financial problem
- Relationship problem with family/girlfriend/ others
- Drug abuse/glue sniffing
Ns really wanna know everything about you la.. Even your personal and private life.. hahahaha.. Asking do u have personal problems if u are a homo maybe they will intro u some guys in NS to help u solve ur problem? hahahaha Relationship problem with family/girlfriend.. maybe they will intro u some CHIO BUS or put u under the charge of a beautiful mdm? to give some mind therapy to those guys which suffered from relationships problems? hahaha.. really feel like laughing as i was filling in all these sections! hahahaha
Anybody knows Singapore where got any indoor swimming pool? - write it in the tagboard pls.. Thanks lots!
